Born and raised in Knoxville, Chip attended the University of Tennessee Knoxville with a focus on Business Management and Computer Science. He went on to hold a Regional Sales Management position for Spartan Foods Systems for several years. Chip then took a position as a National Sales Manager for an environmental company working out of Charlotte, North Carolina. He returned to Knoxville where he assisted in the launch of a start-up Internet Company as a National Sales Manger. Chip is married with four daughters and a son and resides in Halls where he is active in several clubs and organizations. Chip is very involved at Halls High School, assisting with the Band & Cheerleading organizations. Sports interests include golf and outdoor activities.
Chip's background includes the purchase and renovation of numerous homes including apartment complexes as well as the design and creation of d two-hundred plus unit subdivision. His extensive experience with construction, design, and vast investment knowledge is shared with all buyers and sellers to best guide them on investment decisions when deciding which homes to purchase or when and how to sell.
Chip began his real estate career in 1999 and has been with Realty Executives, Associates since 2001 where he has consistently been a top producing agent. In 2004 he made the coveted Top 10% Club, designated for the top 1% of the company. In 2006 Chip made the Diamond Club of the Knoxville Association of Realtors, consisting of agents producing over $10 million in home sales in one calendar year. This achievement was achieved in June of 2006. At present Chip is ranked number one in Knox County for volume.
